The StepIN Educational Process Training is a series of in-depth classes to encourage development of individual family philosophies including needs, thinking, environment, schedules and education. This particular StepIN process also connects the creative time period to aid in the discovery of one's own purpose and identity. This training focus is mainly to support home-school families but may be very beneficial to all families and individuals who enjoy learning or expanding themselves, homes and environments.

StepIN Training Special Community Price - $297ONE TIME ONLY!

StepIN Training: In-PersonIn person trainings will take place at the Star Valley Montessori building in Afton, Wyoming. Training will begin October 5th from 6:00 to 8:00pm and will continue each consecutive Thursday evening until the 16th of November. This training is STARS accredited - 4 credits each class attended.
StepIN Training: On-LineOn-Line Training Access is granted the morning of October 5th. This access will close the evening of November 30th. The On-Line Access Training will be pre-recorded and will include a Question & Answer Session Saturday, November 11th. The on-line option also includes the invitation to join the final In-Person Training on November 16th from 6:00 - 8:00pm in the Star Valley Montessori Building in Afton, Wyoming.

What we surround ourselves with at any age can become a valuable space of integrity and encourages support in brining chaos to order. Music, words, safety and agendas can also create healthy conditions of influence. Discover how influencers impact thought, emotion and action and begin creating a positive educational environment to encourage the empowerment of those who enter.

Learning FoundationsUnderstanding the foundations that support the learning process is invaluable and adds confidence and direction to any educational environment. Discussions including 5 Areas of Wellness, Maslow's Hierarchy & Relationship Cycle, Stages of Change, Development of the Brain (including functional memory) and Bloom's Taxonomy will encourage insight as to "how" one learns and prepares one to become more aware of the emotional state of their educational environment. Written actions steps will provide further practice and mastery of implementing this knowledge into daily educational application.

Writing YOUR PhilosophyThere are many different educational methods that are included in teaching, learning and assessing. Becoming aware of a variety of distinct methods in each category builds confidence in creating a philosophy guide that fits the individual needs, goals and conditions of each unique educational environment. Become guided in building goals to improve and align your individual philosophical environment, curriculum and educational objectives. Create and follow through with written action steps that allow your philosophy to become a reality.

Source Study - Read & WriteReading and Writing are foundational educational components that encourage success as one continues their path of understanding. Becoming aware of the progressive guidelines and pathway in which one grows into good reading and writing practices is empowering. With this awareness, action steps will be taken to write a mastery timeline, create goals and tracking methods and compile resources to help support the goals and timelines created for individuals or small group growth.

Source Study - Math & ScienceMathematics and Science are wonderful tools of environmental engagement. Becoming aware and making sense of the environment is powerful and enlightening. Progressive guidelines in which one grows in creative and critical think practices creates curiosity, discovery and confidence. Action steps will be taken to write a mastery growth timeline, create goals and tracking methods and compile resources to help support the goals and timelines created for individuals or small group growth in these particular academic areas.

Source Study - History & ArtsHistory engages one in the discovery of patterns throughout time. Whether beginning this stage by discovering patterns of self and family or extending out into community and beyond, history creates a foundation for understanding identity. Another practice and form of understanding self comes through expression in the form of arts. Though it may at first seem such topics are very unique in nature, they both have a distinct and specific progressive process that allows foundational individual growth and self worth to form. Producing a guided timeline, goals and methods of tracking as well as gathering resources will be part of action steps during and after this class.

Putting It All TogetherCreating a valuable sense of purpose and direction in an educational environment is possible. It begins by understanding the beginning, middle and end point of a direct path. It is not only the ability to see where one currently is and where it is they are meant to go, but all the little steps between that will help them get there. This is done by creating a goal and a system to track the progress of that goal. The action steps in this class will engage individual goal making techniques and methodical tracking forms to engage purpose and direction. This practice is continually encouraged in any personal, educational or home setting.
