Brain Anatomy & Memory:
Becoming aware of the brain's anatomy and function has the ability to expand one's understanding of the importance of consuming healthy brain foods, taking part in activities that help strengthen neurological pathways as well as empowering memory mechanisms in the brain. As one comes to understand how the functions of the brain can be disrupted or blocked by certain activities, tools can be initiated to help support, heal and strengthen the brain. A few of these tools create focus and memory retention which strengthen the overall health and vitality of the brain both physically and mentally. Invitations and action steps given in this course will encourage knowing specific anatomy of the brain as well as provide opportunity to apply practices that support memory retention and focus. These practices can be implemented at any age.
